1Why should I buy a water filter?
In Australia, we are lucky that our tap water is generally safe to drink, but it may not meet our quality expectations, such as taste and smell. 2How often do my filters need to be changed?
Generally, our rule of thumb is 6 to 12 months. Exhaustion on your filter depends on numerous factors. If you purchase your water purification system through Aquafresh, we send you a friendly reminder by email when your filter is due to be replaced.
3How do I know when my filters need to be changed?
From the 6-month mark, you may notice the change in taste and/or smell of your water. This indicates that you may need to change them early.
4What chemicals will my water filter remove?
This depends on the type of filter. Before purchasing, please make sure to read the product information to ensure it suits your needs, or chat to the Aquafresh team.
5What is the difference between purchasing a water filter vs bottled water?
Having a water filter system will stop you from purchasing bottled water and in-turn save money. 1How long does delivery take?
We endeavour to have your products shipped within 2 working days of the receipt of your payment. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we may experience significant delivery days. You will be advised of any delay of shipment. Most shipments take between 1 to 5 days.
2How much is delivery?
We offer Free shipping on the majority of our products. However, some of the larger products do have a small shipping fee.If the product you are wanting to purchase has a banner that includes ‘this product is eligible for Free Shipping’ , you’re in luck. Shipping is free.
3What are your delivery options?
Our prime choice of freight is Fastway Couriers, TNT Express and Australia Post. Other carriers may be used to expedite delivery.
